2. What data we collect and why
Quote and contact requests. When you use our quote or contact forms, we collect your name, email, phone number, company (optional), your message and any files you upload. We use this to answer you, prepare a quote and deliver our services.
Legal basis: taking steps before a contract and performing the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Where a request came from. If you reach our site through an ad or campaign link, the form also records the Google click ID (gclid) and the campaign tags (utm) from that link with your request, so we know which ad led to it. This information is kept with your request and is not stored in cookies.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring how well our advertising works (Art. 6(1)(f)).
WhatsApp and Viber. If you contact us on WhatsApp or Viber, we use what you send us (phone number, messages, documents) in the same way and for the same purposes as a quote request. These apps are provided by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd and Viber Media S.à r.l. under their own privacy policies.
Documents sent for translation. Documents may contain personal data about you or others, sometimes sensitive (e.g. medical or legal records). We use them only to carry out the translation, treat them as strictly confidential, and only our in-house team, bound by confidentiality, has access to them.
Job applications. If you apply through our Careers form, we collect your contact details, CV and the information you provide, to assess your application.
Legal basis: steps before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). We keep it for future openings only with your consent.
Website analytics and advertising (only with your consent). If you accept the relevant cookies in our consent banner, we use:
- Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site
- Google Ads to measure whether our ads lead to enquiries (conversion tracking) and to show our ads to previous visitors (remarketing)
Nothing is collected for these purposes before you consent. We use Google Consent Mode to pass your choice to Google. You can change or withdraw consent at any time through “Manage consent” on any page.
Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Spam protection. Our quote form uses Google reCAPTCHA to tell people from automated bots. It processes data such as your IP address and browser and device information.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the site from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Technical data. Our hosting server automatically records basic technical data (IP address, browser, date and time) to keep the site secure and working.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
3. Who receives your data
